I am very satisfied with the service of Spark Prep, regardless of how my score turns out. To me, what separates SP from other centers is their strong support network. My instructor - Gwendolyn - was always an enthusiastic and helpful instructor and was quick to offer guidance to aid me in overcoming the common mental obstacles in standardized testing. There's usually no attachment involved in a test prep course that spans only 6 weeks, but her kindness and upbeat personality hold a lasting impression on me.

Not only Gwendolyn but everybody at Spark Prep was friendly and encouraging, from Luke and Cori to even the staff that I don't get to see every time. I appreciate everyone's small (and big) acts of kindness and consideration! It is clear that Spark Prep works according to their principles of developing personal values, and I would, therefore, highly recommend their services to any students who are uncertain of what lies ahead for them in the college application journey.

The class sizes are small, less than 10 students, so you get personal care by the teacher (which I really love). The atmosphere is great, and people are nice. I loved the instructor. He is supportive mentally too--I had breakdowns sometimes, and he helped me a lot. He was willing to send me more practice and essay prompts so I was able to do extra work, and he was willing to help me with any additional material. In general, the learning environment is encouraging. You feel motivated to try harder yourself.
We had discussion time before we wrote essays, so we got to see different points of view and exchange thoughts. This particularly helped the essay writing component. And I have always loved an open learning environment, so Spark Prep is perfect for me.

I am one very picky student, and I am picky about my teachers, but the course I had at Spark Prep is literally one of the best classes I've ever had.
