Life is a series of experiences—but not every experience helps us truly understand ourselves. What creates real value isn’t the number of things we do, but how we pause, observe, and reflect to discover who we are.
That’s exactly why the 3J Summer Camp was created - a 4-day, 3-night journey that goes beyond fun activities. It’s a chance for students to live, reflect, and grow, with real-world experiences that nurture self-awareness and shape their personal growth.
Day 1: Who Am I?
Your child enters a friendly, non-judgmental space—where they are truly seen and heard. Here, they begin their journey of self-discovery through hands-on activities that are engaging, not preachy or superficial.
Day 2: Know Yourself – Understand Others
They’ll explore their values, personality, strengths, and weaknesses. Through teamwork, empathy-building, and embracing differences, your child will gain essential life skills for any journey ahead.
Day 3: Act – Shine Bright
Guided by mentors, your child will map out a personal learning and development plan suited to who they are and the world they live in. During the Gala Night, they’ll have the chance to speak up, share their dreams, and express themselves—authentically and confidently.
Day 4: A Glimpse into the Working World
Students will visit SHB Bank to meet real professionals and hear real stories. They’ll also write a letter to their future selves—a deeply emotional and reflective moment that ties it all together.
Location: Interconnection Ba Vì – a serene, green space surrounded by nature
Dates:
Round 1: June 17–20
Round 2: July 14–17
